Salvatore C. Malguarnera

Dr. Malguarnera received his Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy; and his Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

He specializes in investigating, analyzing, and reconstructing accidents involving machines, mechanical products, motor vehicles, and industrial equipment. He conducts design and failure analysis of mechanical devices and products.

He also performs patent infringement/invalidity analyses for mechanical apparatus.

Dr. Malguarnera has provided expert testimony in state and federal courts of law and has a registered professional license in various states.

Dr. Malguarnera is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE), and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME).
