SEA, Ltd.'s Vehicle Inertia Parameter Evaluation Rig (VIPER) is a facility utilized for making center-of-gravity location and inertia measurements on large vehicles weighing up to 27,000 kg (60,000 lbs).  The VIPER provides high accuracy and efficiency, and it is used by the United States Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM) to make center-of-gravity height and inertia measurements on an extensive range of military vehicles.
