Mr. Locke received his Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering with a Civil Specialty from the Colorado School of Mines and is a registered professional engineer. He is responsible for providing engineering and forensic analysis involving failures and damage to residential and commercial buildings. Mr. Locke’s expertise includes investigation of structures and their components, including roofs and fenestrations, for damage from windstorms, construction related damage and defects, and water intrusions. Mr. Locke also performs construction-related accident reconstruction and evaluation of building ingress/egress as it relates to code compliance.
Prior to joining S-E-A, he was employed with Brockman Engineering, Inc., as a project engineer responsible for the planning, design, implementation, and construction oversight for residential and commercial structures. Mr. Locke has a registered professional license in various states, and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the International Code Council (ICC).
