Benjamin Potter

Ben Potter is the operations manager for S-E-A’s home office located in Columbus, OH. Having first joined the company to manage the Denver office in 2015, Ben joined the Sr. Business Development team after returning to Ohio. As a member of business development, Ben oversaw training for the sales team while working with regional and corporate clients in assuring their investigative and testing needs were supported. Now managing in the Columbus office, Ben maintains those relationships with clients while continuing to promote a coaching and collaborative culture within the office. He also works closely with the technical training team in constructing S-E-A’s learning management system and manages adoption and development of S-E-A’s CRM.

Prior to joining S-E-A, Ben served as an educator in the public school system where he functioned as department chair, sat on several district and curriculum committees, mentored new teachers and coached varsity soccer. Ben earned his Bachelor of Science from Ohio University.

Ben’s professional involvement includes the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys (OATCA), Defense Trial Counsel of West Virginia (DTCWV) as well as Indiana (DTCI), Defense Research Institute (DRI), Claims Litigation Management (CLM), and Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS).

Proud father of three girls, Ben is also an avid skier, runner, and soccer afficionado. Community involvement revolves around coaching youth soccer for various recreational leagues.
